DRAFT - human legal review required

This page is a working draft for the DunChase validation sprint. It must be reviewed by qualified counsel before it is treated as final legal copy.

Terms and Conditions

These draft terms describe access to DunChase, the invoice audit workflow, pilot checkout, and the accounts-receivable services being validated.

Validation Service

DunChase is a private-beta accounts-receivable assistant for US small businesses. When an operator has enabled the required integrations, a workspace can connect QuickBooks Online and its own mailbox, sync invoice and payment data, prepare owner-approved email reminders, read replies, track payment promises, and report attributed recovered cash. Voice, SMS, and send-without-approval are not included in this beta.

Accounts and Billing

You are responsible for account credentials, payment information, and the accuracy of information submitted during plan setup or audit requests. Private-beta billing may be unavailable until Stripe is configured; a plan is not active unless DunChase confirms it in the authenticated product.

Submitted Business Data

You retain ownership of invoice, customer, message, and payment information you submit or later connect. You grant DunChase permission to process that information only to operate the audit, billing, follow-up, promise tracking, recovery attribution, reporting, support, and security workflows.

First-Party Use

DunChase is designed for first-party business billing notifications in the customer owner's name. You are responsible for having the authority to submit invoice data, contact customers, approve messages, and use any connected email or accounting account.

Human Review

Every outbound reminder in the private beta requires an authenticated owner approval. You remain responsible for reviewing drafts, escalation decisions, customer records, and payment status before acting on them.

Acceptable Use

Do not abuse the service, bypass access controls, scrape the product, harass customers, impersonate others, submit data you are not authorized to use, or use DunChase for unlawful billing, payment, or customer communications.

Accuracy and Professional Advice

Audit estimates, drafts, classifications, promise extraction, recovery attribution, and reports can be incomplete or inaccurate. DunChase does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Review outputs before acting on them.

Availability and Changes

We may change, pause, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Limits

To the fullest extent allowed by law, DunChase is provided as is. The draft liability limit is the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the claim, subject to legal review before final publication.
