Account controls
You control which financial and mailbox connections DunChase can access, and you can request an export or deletion of your workspace data.
Open Connections in the dashboard to disconnect QuickBooks or your mailbox. Disconnecting QuickBooks revokes the Intuit token and deletes the stored credentials. Disconnecting a mailbox stops sending and removes its stored access tokens.
Email [email protected] from the address used for your account with the subject “Data deletion request.” Include your workspace name and whether you want an export first. We may ask you to verify control of the account before processing the request.
After verification, we delete the requested workspace records, including connected-account tokens, synced receivables, message workflow data, promises, and reports. We aim to complete requests within 30 days. Limited billing, fraud-prevention, legal, and encrypted-backup records may remain for their required retention period.
